LaTasha R Williams

Founder & CEO | NC State Compliance Officer

Established in January 2024 by LaTasha R. Williams, Dream BIG Community Resource Center is dedicated to connecting individuals and families with essential resources to improve their quality of life. As the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Development and Chief Inspiration Officer, Ms. Williams brings a wealth of experience and education, including an associate degree in Medical Office Administration, Microsoft Office certification, and credentials in Six Sigma and Project Management. With over a decade of experience assisting low-to-moderate-income households, she has worked extensively with Guilford County Public Health, the Department of Social Services, and various state-funded programs. Through Dream BIG, she aims to bridge community gaps by serving as a navigator, guiding clients through accessing government assistance such as Food and Nutrition Services, Medicaid, Housing, and much more. Her efforts have already resulted in numerous individuals successfully receiving support, reinforcing her mission to combat poverty, enhance education, and provide vital resources for those in need.

Dr. Winsome Kelly

Board of Directors | Director of Operations & Volunteers

Dr. Winsome Kelly is an accomplished executive, nonprofit leader, and ministry professional with more than 30 years of experience in organizational governance, operations management, financial stewardship, and community engagement. She has served in leadership roles across faith-based, educational, and nonprofit organizations, helping strengthen mission-driven initiatives through strategic planning, ethical leadership, and operational excellence.

As the Founder and Lead Pastor of Shammah Tabernacle Church of God, Dr. Kelly provides visionary leadership while fostering collaboration and community impact. She also brings extensive experience in higher education administration, overseeing operations, financial management, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.  Dr. Kelly holds a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership with a concentration in organizational change, along with advanced education in theology, business administration, and bookkeeping. She is passionate about servant leadership and is committed to helping organizations build capacity, strengthen governance, and create lasting positive change in the communities they serve.

Leah Rosenberg

Board of Directors | Wellness Advocate| Director of Marketing & Communications

Leah is a Digital Marketing Coordinator with a passion for community advocacy and holistic wellness. She combines strategic communication with a heart for service, helping amplify missions that create meaningful impact.

Currently pursuing certifications in personal training and trauma-informed yoga, she plans to further her studies in biopsychology to better understand the connection between wellness and community well-being. Through her work, she strives to integrate advocacy, education, and holistic support to empower individuals and strengthen communities.

Sai Anish Komma

Board of Directors | Director of Programs & Community Engagement

Sai Anish is a nutrition student at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a focus on public health, health equity, and community-centered care. He brings a data-driven and service-oriented approach to his role as Director of Programs & Community Engagement, where he leads community outreach initiatives, program development, and strategic partnerships.

Through his research in cardiology and health equity, Sai has developed experience analyzing social determinants of health, including food access, income, and healthcare availability. This perspective allows him to design impactful programs and outreach efforts that respond directly to community needs while strengthening partnerships across sectors.

Beyond his academic and professional work, Sai is actively engaged in mentorship and community service. He is committed to building accessible, equitable programs that address health disparities and create lasting, positive impact within the communities served.
